Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using PeepGuys (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Adult content — age requirement

PeepGuys contains sexually explicit material intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Site. By accessing the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that viewing adult content is legal in your location.

2. Nature of the service

PeepGuys is an independent directory and aggregator of publicly available information about live webcam performers on third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Chaturbate and Stripchat. We do not host live video streams ourselves. We do not employ, manage, or direct performers. All live streams, performer profiles, and interactive features are operated exclusively by those third-party platforms.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial browsing. You may not:

  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without prior written permission
  • Reproduce Site content in bulk on any other website or application
  • Attempt to interfere with, hack, or overload our servers
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Share access to the Site with minors

4. Third-party platforms

When you click a link and land on Chaturbate, Stripchat, or any other platform, you are subject to that platform’s own terms and conditions. PeepGuys is not responsible for the content, conduct, availability, or practices of any third-party platform. We do not moderate performer content and have no ability to do so.

5. Affiliate disclosure

This Site participates in affiliate programs operated by the platforms listed above. We may earn a commission when you visit a performer’s page via our links. This does not affect the cost to you, the content you see, or the commission a performer receives. Our listings are not paid placements — performers are shown based on objective criteria such as current viewer count and follower count.

6. Performer content and 18 U.S.C. § 2257

PeepGuys does not produce, host, or distribute original audiovisual content. All performer content visible via this Site is hosted and moderated by the respective third-party platforms, which are the primary producers of such content and maintain records in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and other applicable regulations. 7. Intellectual property

The PeepGuys name, logo, design, and original written content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission. Performer thumbnails, preview images, and streams are the property of the respective platforms and performers. If you believe any content on PeepGuys infringes your intellectual property, contact us at the address in section 11.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular performer will be online at any given time. Performer data (viewer counts, locations, follower counts) is updated periodically and may not reflect real-time conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeepGuys and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any linked third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid us — which in most cases is zero, since the Site is free.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator’s country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
