PeepGuys is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any sexually explicit content displayed on or through this Site within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

PeepGuys is an index and aggregator. All visual content that may appear on this website in the form of thumbnail images or embedded streams originates from and is hosted exclusively by the following third-party platforms, which are the primary producers and custodians of records for that content:

Those platforms verify performer ages, maintain required records, and make those records available for inspection in accordance with applicable regulations. PeepGuys relies on those platforms’ compliance and has no independent access to performer identity documents.

All other visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. § 75, because (1) they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv); (2) they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2257A; (3) they do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(v) produced after July 27, 2006; or (4) the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
