PeepGuys (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an adult webcam directory that aggregates publicly available performer listings from third-party platforms. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have.

2.3 Local storage and session storage

We store the following items in your browser’s localStorage (not cookies — this data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers):

  • pg-theme — your dark/light display preference
  • pg-age-verified — a record that you have confirmed you are 18 or older and consented to viewing adult content

You can delete these at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for peepguys.com.

3. Cookies

PeepGuys itself does not set any first-party cookies. However, the third-party tools and affiliate links described below may set their own cookies.

We use Statcounter (statcounter.com) to count page visits. Statcounter may place a cookie on your browser for this purpose. Statcounter does not build advertising profiles.

3.2 Affiliate and platform cookies

When you click on a performer’s profile and are redirected to Chaturbate or Stripchat, those platforms will set their own cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

4. Age verification

This site contains adult content. By proceeding past our age verification prompt, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that viewing adult content is legal where you are located. Your confirmation is stored only in your browser’s localStorage, as described in section 2.3. We do not verify ages through any formal ID process.

5. Affiliate relationships

PeepGuys participates in affiliate programs operated by Chaturbate and Stripchat. When you follow a link from our site and visit a performer’s page, we may receive a referral commission. This does not affect the price or experience for you and does not involve the sharing of any personal data about you with us.

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to delete on request. Analytics data held by Statcounter and Google Analytics is subject to those providers’ own retention policies.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data under laws such as the GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, or CCPA (California). Because PeepGuys does not collect or store personal data, there is in practice nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. 10. Security

PeepGuys is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical precautions to protect any transient data processed during your visit, although no internet transmission is 100% secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
